Pat Harley, Founder
Pat is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Big Dream Ministries. She committed her life to Jesus Christ at the age of 32 after He powerfully intervened and healed her broken marriage. Pat has ministered to women in her own community and around the world for more than 3 decades through the teaching of God’s Word. She has a Masters degree in education from Western Michigan and a Certificate of Biblical & Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. She and her husband have 2 married daughters and 7 grandchildren.

Traci Martin
Traci worked in the corporate world before starting her own consulting company in 1994. Although she grew up attending church, it was not until Traci was a young adult that she surrendered her life to Jesus. Traci serves the local and international body of Christ through mentoring, speaking, and leading Bible studies. Traci is married, has two married daughters, and has her Masters of Arts in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Jennifer McClish
Jennifer came to faith in Jesus Christ at the age of 5. But it wasn’t until a season of suffering and loss in her late twenties that she settled in her heart that God is good all the time. She has been growing in grace and knowledge of her Savior ever since. Jennifer earned a Juris Doctor from The University of South Carolina School of Law and practiced law before God ignited a passion in her for teaching His Word to women. She and her husband live in Marietta, Georgia with their 3 teenagers.

Fay Runnion
Fay has been involved with Big Dream Ministries from the very beginning. Fay has led Bible studies for 30 years, including leading the first women’s conference in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan – the first time Christian women from different denominations studied and fellowshipped together. As designer and editor of The Amazing Collection Teaching Guides, Fay provided foundational material for generations of future Bible teachers. Fay currently resides in Marietta, Georgia with her college sweetheart and husband. They have 2 married children, and the delights of her heart are her 4 grandchildren.

Kellye Rickman
Kellye was raised in a church going home, hearing about Jesus from her childhood. At age 23, she began to fully follow Jesus and surrendered to Him as the Lord of her life. Kellye has been leading and teaching Sunday school for many years, as well as mentoring women and young married couples. She also teaches a women’s Bible study to more than 100 women each week. Her desire is to encourage everyone she encounters to grow in their relationship with Jesus. Kellye lives with her husband and their son in Marietta, Georgia.

Linda Sweeney
Linda accepted Christ as her Savior when she was 12 years old, and as an adult, grew to love God’s Word more and more. Because of her passion to inspire women to know the Word of God, she began teaching the Bible in her church and community. Linda has taught Sunday school for many years and was a much-loved Bible Study Fellowship International Teaching Leader for 8 years. She has taught women’s retreats and conferences in the United States and Asia. She and her husband have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

Rachel Yastro
Rachel put her trust in Jesus at the age of 19. Serving Him by teaching His Word has become her love and passion. After meeting Pat in 2007, she easily made up her mind to move across the country to begin ministry in Georgia with Big Dream. Rachel quickly realized that the Word could be taught for understanding, not for knowledge alone. She loves to study in order to teach women how they, too, can understand the Bible. She also enjoys teaching in her home church, first grade in a local Christian school, and tutors students with dyslexia as well.

Robin Rosebrough
Robin Rosebrough serves on the Board of Directors for Big Dream Ministries. She has been involved in women’s ministries for more than twenty years, served on the board of The Women’s Fellowship for fourteen years, and was highly involved with the production of The Amazing Collection: The Bible, Book-by-Book video series. Because of Robin’s expertise as a cook, homemaker, Bible study leader, and disciple maker, she is a sought-after mentor, advisor, counselor, and teacher. Robin is married and has one daughter and two grandchildren.

Eleanor Lewis
At 26, Eleanor accepted Christ for assurance of heaven. When her son was born with a severe birth defect, she turned to God’s Word for answers and found a Savior and an all-powerful Lord. She taught Bible studies for over 30 years and was an inspirational speaker in America and internationally. She was president of Insights & Beginnings, which produced a video Bible study to help people understand their temperament type and use their strengths for God’s glory. This developed into The Amazing Temperaments. Eleanor passed away in 2015 and is survived by her husband, son, and 2 grandchildren.

Margie Ruther
Margie was not raised in a Christian home; her parents committed their lives to Christ after Margie married. But it was her mother’s godly example and prayers that brought Margie to the throne of grace. Her growing love for Jesus and His Word led her to Bible Study Fellowship. After many years, she became one of the lead teachers at The Women’s Fellowship of Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, Georgia, and has trained women to teach the Word of God at retreats and church conferences. Margie and her husband have two sons and a daughter.

Michele Helms
Michele Helms serves alongside her minister husband as Vice President of “Driven to Encourage,” an organization they founded together devoted to reaching at-risk teens. She spends much of her time mentoring young women in the areas of nutrition, stewardship, and parenting. Her expertise in these areas has made her a sought-after speaker at conferences, churches, and small groups. She is the author of Time Around the Table, a book designed to teach families about the importance of sharing meals together. Michele and her husband have 5 children.

Crawford Loritts
Crawford Loritts holds a Doctor of Divinity from Biola University and a Doctor of Sacred Theology from Philadelphia Biblical University. He is an accomplished writer and speaker who has dedicated his life to ministry. Crawford served as the Senior Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, Georgia. He and his wife Karen have four children and eight grandchildren.

John Alan Turner
John Allan Turner is a theologian who writes and teachers, and consults with churches to help them accomplish their mission. He believes God calls us to share His message with others in a way that makes sense to them. He has published numerous books, and blogs regularly. John and his wife live in the outskirts of Atlanta, and they have four children.
